Now that summer is at its peak, these recipes will be even more of a joy to experiment with. Think fresh watermelon, mint, tomatoes, garlic... you get the picture! A vegan cookbook I haven't got yet! Did you hear what my daughter said when she came home in May? She was looking at all my cookbooks and said, "When you die, can I have your cookbooks?"
