Hello blogland! As you've probably realized, I'm just not very good at blogging on the road. However, Daiku and I will finally be back home in Syracuse tomorrow after a month away, and I promise to update you all then. In the coming days, you can expect posts on vegan eats and travel in the following locales:
- Washington D.C.
- St. Louis
- Kansas City
- The U.S. Virgin Islands (St. John and St. Thomas)
- The vegan dessert class I took yesterday with Fran Costigan at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City

Welcome back! I look forward to tales of these adventures.
Cool strawberry :0)
Wow, that dessert class sounds amazing!! Can't wait to read about it, in addition to the details of your latest travels.
Missed you, Ms. B-Z. I can't wait to hear all about your exciting recent adventures.
And I especially love your strawberry, considering that I will be going back to South America in August.
XO
You can auction off the strawberry on eBay! It will pay for more travels.
That strawberry is fantastic.
Are you glad to be home? I can't wait to hear about all of your travels!! And the dessert class! Hopefully we can still meet up in NYC...
Awww, cute picture!! :)
I had to post it too. I hope you don't mind. :)

Very nice!
I loved, because I live in South America. :-)
I think this is better than Jeebus appearing on toast! Where will other continents turn up in vegan food form?
Welcome back! Cute strawberry :)
I can't wait to hear about your travels and your class at the Natural Gourmet Institute!
And your strawberry is WAY better than that grilled cheese that looked like the virgin mary, for sure.

Can't wait to hear about Fran's class! And I'm sure you have plenty of other great stories to tell, too. Welcome back!
